Knotts Arrested, Charged. “The girl reported the assaults during a Child Advocacy Center forensic interview on Aug. 5, the complaint states. She said Knotts would pin her down and physically hit her if she resisted his advances, and covered her mouth so no one would hear them.” [WV News]
