Clemmer Arrested For Animal Neglect, Dozens Of Animals In House. “According to a probable cause affidavit, Alexandria police responded to an animal complaint regarding pigs running loose at a home in the 1500 block of S. Park Avenue on July 29. They had responded to around 15 animal complaints since June 3. Neighbors said animals have repeatedly escaped their enclosures at the home and have made “loud and continuing noises.”” [Fox 59]
Police: “Filthy” Child Removed From Home. “Clemmer’s daughter, who was described as “filthy and had what appeared to be animal feces on her,” was removed from the home and placed into foster care July 29.” [Herald Bulletin]
Police: 94 Animals Found On Property. “Police found several dead animals on the property, including a dead raccoon in a food bin, six deceased baby chicks in a trough, dead birds on the floor of the smaller house, and a deceased guinea pig in a trash can.” [Fox 59]
Police: Animal Feces Was All Over Home. “Inside the home, officers say they saw food and water provided for the animals, but there was no attempt to clean the animals’ feces.
