Washington Arrested, Accused Of Criminal Conduct. “A teacher at Upi Elementary School was charged Saturday with criminal sexual conduct involving four children, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in Superior Court. Miles Reyes Washington, 38, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony. Although the magistrate’s complaint does not name the school where Washington works, he is listed as an elementary teacher II at Upi Elementary on the current Guam Department of Education staffing pattern.” [Pacific Daily News]
