Carita Jackson is a 37 year old woman from Toronto, Canada. Jackson was arrested and accused by police of having a role in the murder of Varsha Gajula. Gajula’s body was found in a suitcase.
Two other men, Andre Bartley and Christopher Daley, have also been arrested in connection with the case.

Jackson Arrested, Charged. “The suspect in the murder of a 41-year-old woman whose remains were found stuffed into a suitcase in the city’s west end last week has been taken into custody.The victim, identified as Varsha Gajula, was found deceased in the Keele Street and Hillary Avenue area on the morning of Aug. 25.” [CP 24]
Police: Two Men Arrested In Connection With Case. “In a news release issued on Sunday night, police said that they have since executed a “number of search warrants” in connection with the case and, as a result, have charged two men with indignity to human remains and accessory after the fact to homicide.” [CTV]
