Erika Greber Seyfried was a 36 year old woman from New York City who worked as a vice president at Penguin Random House. Seyfried was found dead in the Saxtons River.
Seyfried had gone on a walk with her dog while at a vacation home in Gageville, Vermont. Police have said that they believe Seyfried’s death was an accident.
