Gary Siders Jr., 36, his wife Elizabeth Siders, 33, and Gary Jr.’s parents, Gary Siders Sr., 73, and Christina Siders, 68, were arrested after authorities found 16 children living in what officials described as extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions inside a Hamden home.
