Dale And Zoila Henson (both 53 years old) are a couple from Phoenix, Arizona. They have been accused by the Department of Justice of fraud in connection with a COVID-19 pandemic loan. The couple is accused of using the money they got for theirj loans to buy a house.

Public records show the couple listed as managers of a company called Essential Health Services LLC.

AHCCCS is primarily federally funded, and it provides healthcare programs for Arizona’s low-income residents. The couple is alleged to have submitted $1.2 million in fraudulent bills to AHCCCS over a 9-month period in 2019-2020, and then to have used some of the proceeds to purchase a $1.3 residence in Gilbert, Arizona.” [DOJ]
