Police: Steiner Assaulted Multiple Women. “Drew John Steiner is accused of raping multiple people over the course of about a month last year. Descano said in at least one case, Steiner allegedly met a victim through a dating app and filmed the assault. The indictment charges Steiner with rape, abduction and unlawful videotaping.” [WUSA 9]
Alleged Victim: Steiner Lured Me Online. “According to the indictment, the first attack happened July 7, 2020. A woman told Fairfax County detectives she was assaulted at a home in Springfield by a man she met online, according to a police news release. About a month later, as police were still investigating the first assault, they said another woman came forward to report being sexually assaulted at the same house under similar circumstances.” [WTOP]
Alleged Victim: Steiner Threatened Me By Saying Nobody In “Trump Country” Would Believe Me. “One victim was so scared she begged Steiner for her life and tried to convince him that people knew where she was and that they would look for her, according to the search warrant.
