Paul Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “According to Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office records obtained by The Post, the 28-year-old Paul was arrested in Herriman, Utah, and booked in jail at 1:56 a.m. Saturday. She was released hours later, at 10:35 a.m., on three misdemeanor charges: assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence in the presence of a child, records show. Paul shares a 5-year-old daughter, Indy, and a 2-year-old son, Ocean, with ex-husband Tate Paul.” [NY Post]
Report: Paul Threw Metal Stools At Boyfriend, Hit Child. “”During the argument Paul threw ‘heavy, metal chairs’ at him, which put holes in a wall,” according to the charges. Despite being told to stop because Paul’s 5-year-old daughter was sitting on a couch next to the boyfriend, Paul threw another metal chair which hit the child on the head, according to the charges. A 2-year-old child was also present at the time. The boyfriend “reported feeling scared for his life.” Police noted “redness and swelling around his eyes, swelling on his elbow, scratches on his fingers, and a laceration on his neck.”” [KSL]
Report: Neighbor Called 911 On Paul. “According to KSL, a neighbor called 911 at about 11 p.m. on February 17 after hearing yelling and screaming from inside Paul’s home. The neighbor reported seeing a “female walking back and forth between the house and a white truck parked outside on the street,” an arrest affidavit said. A Herriman police officer who responded to the call heard yelling inside the home as well. Paul and man she lived with answered the door, the officer wrote.” [Crime Online]
Paul Involved In “Soft Swinging” Controversy. “Mom-of-two Paul was part of a group of Utah couples who indulged in ‘soft swinging’ – a practice where partners are swapped but only with the understanding that they don’t have full sex. But last year she caused a sensation when she admitted that she had broken the cardinal rule and ended up losing her husband Tate, who divorced her, and most of her friends.” [Daily Mail]
Police Officer: Saw Paul “Lunge” At Man. “Both started talking to me at the doorway. When I inquired about the circumstances and (the man) started to explain, I observed (Paul) lunge at (the man) and began pushing/hitting him” [St Lake City Police Report]
Police Described Paul As “Primary Aggressor” In Fight. “Officers separated the man and woman. Police say Paul was the “primary aggressor” of the argument, and that she had hit the man “multiple times and threw several household objects at him, including metal chairs and a wooden child playset.” The man complained of elbow pain from the fight. His truck was also damaged from Paul throwing a child playset, according to the affidavit. Police say Paul’s 5-year-old daughter was on the living room couch during the argument.” [KSL]
Paul Previously Said She Suffered From Depression. “In a video posted to her TikTok earlier this month – where she has more than three million followers – Taylor revealed that she was battling depression and she was ‘really struggling’ in the midst of the scandal.
