Paul Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “According to Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office records obtained by The Post, the 28-year-old Paul was arrested in Herriman, Utah, and booked in jail at 1:56 a.m. Saturday. She was released hours later, at 10:35 a.m., on three misdemeanor charges: assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence in the presence of a child, records show. Report: Paul Threw Metal Stools At Boyfriend, Hit Child. “”During the argument Paul threw ‘heavy, metal chairs’ at him, which put holes in a wall,” according to the charges. Despite being told to stop because Paul’s 5-year-old daughter was sitting on a couch next to the boyfriend, Paul threw another metal chair which hit the child on the head, according to the charges. A 2-year-old child was also present at the time. The boyfriend “reported feeling scared for his life.” Police noted “redness and swelling around his eyes, swelling on his elbow, scratches on his fingers, and a laceration on his neck.”” [KSL]

Report: Neighbor Called 911 On Paul. “According to KSL, a neighbor called 911 at about 11 p.m. on February 17 after hearing yelling and screaming from inside Paul’s home. The neighbor reported seeing a “female walking back and forth between the house and a white truck parked outside on the street,” an arrest affidavit said.
