Wu Accused Of Murder. “Wu was off-duty when she allegedly shot and wounded her ex-girlfriend, 23-year-old Jenny Li, and killed 24-year-old Jamie Liang, her ex’s new girlfriend, according to detectives. Multiple 911 calls came in reporting shots fired inside a house at the corner of 19th Avenue and 79th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn at around 5 p.m. Wednesday.” [CBS]
Police: Wu Stalked Victims, Confessed Murder. “Wu, who works at the 72nd Precinct in Sunset Park, was waiting for hours at the home until her ex showed up at 5 p.m. with a new 24-year-old love interest, Jamie Liang. After allegedly blasting both women with bullets, Wu left the home and confessed to the killings, police and a high-ranking source said.” [NY Post]
Wu Was With NYPD For 5 1/2 Years. “The officer was described by police officials at a news conference as a 31-year-old who has been with the Police Department for five and a half years and was most recently assigned to a Brooklyn precinct.” [NY Times]
