Yuhwei Chou is a woman from Skillman, New Jersey. Chou has been accused of murdering her children, Samantha Ross, 7, and Paul Ross, 10 months.
The children were found bound in the back of her car along with Chou. The car was found by Hillsborough Township Police.

Chou Charged With Murder After Being Found In Car With Dead Children. “The children were identified as Samantha Ross, 7, and Paul Ross, 10 months, were the biological children of Chou. Investigators say that Chou had killed her children but they were not sure of the circumstances leading to the deaths. An autopsy was planned to determine how the children died.” [Fox 5]
Police: Children Found In Booster, Baby Seats. ““The Officers observed two children secured in a booster seat and a baby seat in the back seat of the vehicle. Officers observed that the children were bound and restrained. No vital signs were present on the children and they were pronounced deceased at the scene,” investigators said in a news release.” [NY Post]
Report: Children Bound With Duct Tape. “A second source with direct knowledge of the investigation confirmed to NBC New York that at least one of the children — possibly both — was bound with duct tape over their eyes and mouth. There were no obvious injuries or wounds seen initially on the children’s bodies, the source said.” [NBC]
