Peake Charged With Assault. “The officer, Tyler Peake, 23, is accused of assaulting Brendan Morgan, 34, around 1:43 a.m. April 1, 2020, after police were sent to the scene of a reported domestic disturbance involving Morgan and a 34-year-old female, reportedly his girlfriend.” [Detroit News]
Peake Accused Of Punching Man Through Open Car Window. “Peake is then accused of punching Morgan in the face through the open window with his right hand while holding his gun in his left hand. The prosecutor’s office said the alleged punch happened 10 seconds after Peake approached Morgan yelling commands.” [Fox 2]
