Thomas Downes is a 61 year old man from Jersey City, New Jersey who works as a track coach at a high school. Police have accused Downes of assaulting a girl during a track meet at John Bennett Athletic Bubble in Toms River.

Downes Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “On that Saturday, a girl who was taking part in the track meet told her coach that a man came up to her and touched her inappropriately during the event, Billhimer said.
