Tara Drooker is a 31 year old teacher from Chesterfield County, Virginia. Drooker has been accused of assaulting a former student from Richmond Christian School where she worked.
Drooker was a history teacher at the school where she started teaching in August 2016.
Drooker and another Richmond Christian volleyball coach, Elisabeth R. Bredemeier, were both arrested in the same week.
Tara Drooker Arrested. “According to the investigation Tara Drooker, 31, of Richmond, was a teacher at Richmond Christian School when the inappropriate relationship with a juvenile female student began in 2017 and continued over the years.” [NBC]
Drooker Charged With Indecent Liberties With A Child. “Tara Drooker, 30, was charged with four counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a custodian following an alleged inappropriate relationship with a female student when employed by the school, police said in a release.” [ABC]
Drooker Is Second Richmond Christian Volleyball Coach Arrested In A Week. “Earlier this week, another volleyball coach at Richmond Christian School, 21-year-old Elisabeth R. Bredemeier, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by custodian and contributing to the delinquency of a minor” [WTVR]
Richmond Christian Head Cliff Williams Arrested. “Dr. Cliff Williams, 66, head of Richmond Christian School, and Derek Zbyszinski, 46, the school’s business director, were arrested by Chesterfield police on charges of failure to report suspected abuse/neglect of a child.” [ABC 8]
