Trammell Arrested, Accused Of Repeated Assaults On Teen. “According to court documents, the 15-year-old victim told police her mother’s boyfriend had sexual intercourse with her and her mother on two occasions at a Cedar City hotel. “The child stated that the boyfriend wanted children and her mother is no longer able to have them herself so they were going to use her as a surrogate by having the boyfriend get her pregnant,” police said. Court documents say the mother, after being read her Miranda rights, admitted to the plan and said it was her boyfriend’s idea. Police say the mother said she went along with it because her boyfriend told her she had to.” [KSL TV]
