Sean Fiore is a 37 year old man from Vermont. Police allege that Fiore tried to get Maraima Escarlet Vasquez Flores of Venezuela to kidnap a “slave” for him and produce a torture video of the victim being killed.

Fiore Accused Of Sending Money For Slave Video. “Fiore allegedly dished out $4,000 to conspirator Maraima Escarlet Vasquez Flores for a video that would show gruesome torture tailored to Fiore’s demented specifications — included scenes of the victim getting burned with a cigarette, and being urinated and defecated on, according to court records.” [NY Post]
Police: Flores Sent Fiore Abuse, Possible Death Video. Police say that Flores sent Fiore a video in December 2018 showing abuse and possible death. Flores allegedly told Fiore she would kidnap a man from a party by promising him sex.
Police: Couple Communicated Plot Via WhatsApp. Police say the two alleged criminals communicated between Vermont and Venezuela using the WhatsApp app. They reportedly used the aliases of Marcus and Johana.
Police: Flores “Inflicted Pain” In WhatsApp Video For Fiore’s Benefit. Police say that in the video sent from Flores to Fiore she “inflicted pain on the child for the sexual arousal of the viewer of the video.”
