Turner Arrested, Accused Of Inappropriate Touching. “Police were called to the school on Tuesday when the minor reported they had been inappropriately touched by Richard Turner, police said in a news release. Turner, 64, was arrested Wednesday for forcible penetration with a foreign object, and this case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for the consideration of filing charges. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail at the LAPD Valley Jail in Van Nuys.” [KTLA]
