Mullineaux Accused Of Rape. “The alleged assault apparently took place at a time when defendant Richard Oastler Mullineaux V was free on bail for felony drug trafficking charges filed by the Chester County Detectives. An August search of Mullineaux’s South Matlack Street apartment allegedly uncovered a trove of marijuana and drug-related substances, including THC edibles and cookies, and more than $40,000 in currency. Mullineaux, 21, of Willistown was arraigned Wednesday by Magisterial District Judge Marian Vito on charges of rape by forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault and false imprisonment.” [Daily Local News]
