
Ray Roseberry (full name: Floyd Ray Roseberry) is the Grover, North Carolina man who allegedly drove a truck to the Library of Congress, alleging that it had explosives inside.
He was born November 28, 1971.
In a series of posts to Facebook, Roseberry attacked President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats while also expressing his support for Donald Trump.
Facebook pulled Roseberry’s account and shut down his videos after the threats began.
Roseberry surrendered to Capitol Police at the conclusion of the standoff and has been charged with threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction.
