Rabbi Ranon Teller is a 55 year old man from Houston Texas. Teller has been accused by police of the crime of unlawful restraint, with the alleged victim named as a woman. Previously, Teller had been reported as missing.
Teller Charged With Unlawful Restraint. “Houston police told ABC13 that on Sunday, Aug. 22, at about 10 p.m., officers responded to the 5400 block of Westheimer Road, where a woman said a man had grabbed her from behind. The man was detained and placed in jail, where he remained after he refused to tell police his name.” [ABC 13]
Teller Was Missing, Reportedly Displayed Manic Symptoms. “According to a missing person’s report from Houston Hatzalah, the local search and rescue organization for the Jewish community, Teller has been displaying manic symptoms for the past four weeks.” [KHOU]
