Michael Medina is a 34 year old man from Glendale, California. Medina was a history teacher at McKinley School in Pasadena. Police have accused Medina of assaulting a 14 year old student from the school.

Medina Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “Officers with the Pasadena Police Department responded to the school, located in the 300 block of South Oak Knoll Avenue, just before 2 p.m. on March 1 after receiving a call regarding “suspicious circumstances” involving a teacher and a student. “During their preliminary investigation, officers discovered that a history teacher from the school had been sexually victimizing a 14-year-old student,” a Pasadena PD news release stated.” [KTLA]
Medina Charged With Multiple Crimes. “Police detained the teacher on campus. He was arrested and booked on suspicion of lewd acts with a child, oral copulation with a minor, lewd acts with a minor under 14, sending harmful matter to seduce a minor and possession of child pornography, Pasadena police Lt. Monica Cuellar said. Some of the alleged crimes happened before the girl was 14, Lt. Keith Gomez said, who added she was one of his students. Police didn’t say if the purported molestations occurred on the K-8 campus, which is at 325 S. Oak Knoll Ave.” [Pasadena Star News]
