Perkowski Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “In a news release, Shelton Police Lt. Robert Kozlowsky said Matthew Perkowski, 33, of Shelton, turned himself in to police Tuesday based on a warrant for his arrest. Perkowski was charged with first-degree sexual assault and second-degree assault. Kozlowsky noted the arrest stemmed from a complaint filed in September 2020 and another arrest is expected in the case.” [Patch]
