Jordan Arrested, Accused Of Trafficking. “Mason Jordan, 31, was arrested in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on charges that include: sexual exploitation of a child, coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking of a child, and cyberstalking. He appeared in federal court, where he faces an eight-count indictment returned by a Honolulu federal grand jury on May 26, 2022. Prosecutors: Jordan Abused “Multiple” Children. “Prosecutors also accuse Jordan of cyberstalking a woman he met while he was a police officer. He threatened to circulate nude photos taken of her as a child to her family, co-workers and friends if she didn’t send him new nude photographs, prosecutors said. “Jordan has been a hands-on sexual offender of multiple children for over nearly half a decade,” prosecutors said in a motion Friday asking that he be detained without bail.” [AP]

Report: Jordan Resigned After Accused Of Giving Child Alcohol. “All of this allegedly happened as early as 2016 while he was a police officer, but he wasn’t charged until last month. KRQE obtained a picture of Jordan and others receiving an award for saving a man’s life in 2016. The third victim, according to court documents, was contacted by Jordan to engage in prostitution. Jordan Accused Of Trying To Entice Runaway Girl. “Homeland Security Investigations received a tip about Jordan’s activity, prompting the federal probe. HPD’s Professional Standards Office also received a complaint about Jordan from the family of a minor teenage girl who had run away but returned home, according to law enforcement sources. Jordan allegedly tried to lure the girl into working for him during a meeting in his car, scaring her into going back to her family. At one point he allegedly worked with a 19-year-old who helped him search social media for runaways and young girls who needed money and a place to stay, according to the sources.” [Star Advertiser]

Prosecutors: Jordan Used Instagram To Pimp Girls. “According to prosecutors, Jordan contacted one of the teenage girls in January 2020 by Instagram, posing as a pimp named “Joey.” They said he told the girl how she could work for him as a prostitute. “We didn’t go over your prices . . . 100 f*%k, 50 bj,” one of the text messages said, documents showed.” [HNN]
