Luis Morales is a 57 year old man from West Chester, Pennsylvania who worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at Nottingham Elementary School. Morales has now been charged with more than 50 counts of assault against his students.

Police: 14 Year Old Girl Said Morales Abused Her. “The investigation began in June when a 14-year-old girl told investigators she had been sexually abused by Morales, her ESL teacher, when she was in the 3rd and 4th grades at Nottingham Elementary School between 2014 and 2016. ” [NBC]
District Attorney: County Is Seeing “Wave” Of Abuse. “”Chester County is seeing an unacceptable wave of students who have been sexually abused in our elementary, middle, and high schools.
