Police records say an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24 after the teenage girl and her father reported an alleged sexual assault that they said had occurred the previous day. Hospital Examination Found No Male DNA, According To Police Report. Court and police records cited in news reports state that the teenager underwent a sexual-assault examination after making the allegation. The examination reportedly did not detect male DNA in samples collected from her. [TMZ]
Police Say Investigation Included Attempts To Contact Kroy Biermann Sr. An officer investigating the allegations said police began attempting to contact Biermann Jr.’s father, Kroy Biermann, in May.
