Kirkland Ordered To Stay Off Social Media, Away From Student. “During a hearing Wednesday, 392nd District Court Judge R. Scott McKee set Kirkland’s bond conditions that order her to not have contact with the student in the case and that she should stay off social media. Kirkland Charged With Crimes In 2020. “Kaitlynn Bethany Kirkland, 24, of Athens was charged with improper relationship between an educator and a student and tampering or fabricating evidence, according to Henderson County Jail records. On the same day of her arrest, she posted bonds totaling $14,500.” [Longview News-Journal]
