Judy Letcavage Arrested. “A teacher at SCI Coal Township is facing felony institutional sexual assault and other charges after it was discovered she had a sexual relationship with an inmate. Court documents say 66-year-old Judy Letcavage of Coal Township is also charged with obstruction and official oppression following the incident occurring in the spring. Court documents say the incident was first reported March 30 when a corrections employee noticed the inmate grabbed Letcavage by the hip area. The inmate then told Department of Corrections investigators he was involved in a relationship with her over the last year.” [WKOK]
