Joseph V. Fowler is a 39 year old man from Schenectady, New York. Fowler is accused by police of using Instagram to set up indecent photoshoots with underage girls.
Police say he used the Instagram account named “Evolved. Photography_” to solicit his contacts.
Fowler Arrested And Charged. “Joseph V. Fowler, 39, of Schenectady, was arrested recently and charged with one count each of second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor.” [Daily Gazette]
Police: Fowler Took Indecent Photos Of Girl. “The investigation revealed that Fowler took photos of the female, exposing intimate parts of her body, say State Police. He is also accused of showing these photos to another young female.” [CBS]
