Joel Alfredo Hernandez Arrested For Alleged Clown Crimes. “Dressed in a spooky Pennywise clown mask, Joel Alfredo Hernandez was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting one woman, 50, and robbing a 54-year-old of $500 in cash, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. The 22-year donned the mask and a red sweatshirt when he is said to have robbed one woman at an ATM machine in Victorville, Calif. Deputies quickly detained Hernandez, but further investigation showed he allegedly also sexually assaulted and groped another woman at a the El Super Market minutes before the robbery.” [NY Post]
