Barr Arrested, Arraigned. “Joby Barr, 31, last known address 205 Church St., Morristown, was arraigned and pleaded innocent to four counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felony. His plea agreement hearing was set for Dec. 13 and trial Jan. 11. His bond was set at $10,000.” [Times Leader]
Prosecutor: Barr Abused Position Of Power. “Prosecutor Flanagan said sexual battery is a sexual relationship between a person in authority and a person he or she has supervisory power over. He used examples like a priest and parishioner, a correctional officer and inmate and a teacher or coach and student.” [WTRF]
