Jessie Hodge is a 30 year old woman from Lenoir City, Tennessee. Police have accused Hodge of fleeing the scene after hitting a motorcycle with her car in an accident that killed one person.

According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Department in Tennessee, the accident in question happened on Interstate 40 West on September 4 2021.
Police say Hodge drove a white 2016 BMW SVU and allegedly hit a 1994 Gold Wing motorcycle.
The police say that Hodge’s car hit the rear of the motorcycle and that she continued to drive 300 yards with the bike still wedged into the front of her car.
After the accident, which killed motorcycle driver Dwight Woods, the authorities say Hodge did not call 911 and fled the scene.
Police went on the lookout for Hodge and eventually arrested her and charged her with Following Too Closely and Leaving the Scene Accident Knowing Death Resulted.
