Frasier Cole Hogan Arrested. “According to police, the investigation began when a woman initially reported a sexual assault in 2020 that occurred when she was 14 years old. After further investigation, police determined that the incident happened outside of city limits and referred the case to the appropriate jurisdiction. In a background interview of Hogan, police discovered a separate report from another woman in 2025, describing the sexual assault, and naming Hogan as the alleged suspect. Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office transferred the assault report to Ruston Police, as it occurred within the city limits. The victim alleged that Hogan contacted her through social media, having known her from his position at Ruston High School.” [KTAL]
