Miner Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “Fallon Miner, 25, who The Fort Morgan Times learned this week had resigned from her position, was arrested Wednesday in Colorado Springs by Fort Morgan police on the two charges: sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, and sexual assault on a child by one in position of trust with a pattern of abuse. “We had information that she was there [in Colorado Springs] and we drove there to pick her up,” Police Chief Loren Sharp said Wednesday afternoon.” [Fort Morgan Times]
