Evelyn Hayes is a 50 year old woman from West Palm Beach, Florida. Hayes worked as a substitute teacher at Palm Beach Central High School. Police have accused Hayes of soliciting a teen for sex with her boyfriend.

Hayes Arrested. “The teen told police that Hayes was going to send her to the boyfriend’s residence so that Hayes could have alone time. It was confirmed that the teen would go over to the house, and then Hayes offered to buy her bras and underwear for Christmas gifts, according to the police report. When the victim was going through one of the couple’s phones, she read several messages about her going to the man’s house and engaging in sexual acts. Throughout the conversation, Hicklin stated, “It’s important that she has your permission. Whenever she comes to stay here, you need to tell her that she can do absolutely anything she wants.”” [MSN]
