Baxter Accused Of Assault On Student. “According to the SAPD, Edward Baxter, 23, was taken into custody at his home on Saturday and booked at the Santa Ana Jail on sexual assault charges. Baxter is accused of having an unlawful relationship with a 16-year-old girl who was a student at SAHS. The investigation began when a report was made around 8:30 p.m. on Friday about a male and female in the back seat of a car parked in he area of 1300 N. Tustin Ave.” [OC Tribune]
