David Riden is a 52 year old assistant football coach at Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Riden has been arrested and accused of allegedly placing a camera in a girl’s bathroom.
Riden Arrested, Charged. “Police were notified this week about the discovery of a covert recording device found by a staff member in a student restroom at the school located at 6001 Milliken Avenue, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stated in a news release Wednesday.” [KTLA]
Police: Recording Devices Found At Riden’s House. “Detectives obtained search warrants and searched Riden’s residence and vehicle. During the searches, Detectives seized multiple electronic devices. Riden was transported back to the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department for further investigation. At the conclusion of an interview with Riden, he was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on the above charges.” [Sheriff]
Riden Worked At School Since 2015, Now Resigned. “Riden has been employed at Los Osos High School since 2015 as the boy’s locker room attendant and assistant coach for the varsity football team. On the afternoon of Tuesday, Aug. 24, after the discovery of the camera, Riden resigned and is no longer employed with the school district, officials said.” [DB]
