Barack Arrested, Accused Of Exchanging Nude Photos With Teen. “Balark allegedly texted the student on several occasions beginning in early May, offering money for explicit photos of the student, according to court documents. The student told police that Balark also touched her inappropriately on numerous occasions, according to court documents.
