Cooley Arrested, Accused Of Murder. “Authorities say 31-year-old Chelsea Cooley faces charges of criminal homicide, child endangerment, aggravated assault, & strangulation according to court documents. Police say it happened on Saturday when troopers were dispatched to the home for a report of a child who had been transported to UPMC Bedford. Authorities say the child was then flown to UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh for further treatment but then passed away on Sunday Afternoon.” [Fox 8]
