Bruce A. Cymanski is a 49 year old man from Barnegat, New Jersey. Cymanski has been accused by police of the 1999 murder of Nancy Noga, which was a cold case.
Police and prosecutors say that the arrest was made due to genetic testing from the firm Parabon NanoLabs, which is based in Delaware and has been involved in other cold cases.
