Andie Rosafort is a 31 year old woman from new Fairfield, Connecticut. She worked as a cafeteria aide in the school system. Police have accused Rosafort of assaulting a student.

Rosafort Arrested, Accused Of Assault. “A New Fairfield school employee is under arrest, accused of sexually assaulting a student. Police began an investigation on Jan. 17 after they were contacted by New Fairfield High School administrators who received information about an employee possibly having inappropriate contact with a student. A child who attended a gathering with friends on Jan. 13 told a parent that one of the friends left the gathering for a short period of time and then returned and was behaving oddly, according to police. The child told the parent that they later learned that the friend left the party to meet up with an adult woman and that they believed the encounter was sexual in nature.” [NBC]

Multiple Charges Filed Against Rosafort. “On Monday, Feb. 20, at approximately 8:50 a.m., after learning of the active warrant for her arrest, Andie Rosafort turned herself in at Troop A in Southbury, where she was processed and charged with the following: Second-degree sexual assault,
Enticing a minor by computer, Risk of injury to a minor. The New Fairfield Police Department was contacted by school administrators at New Fairfield High School on Tuesday, Jan. 17, after they had received information regarding possible inappropriate contact between an employee of the school system and a juvenile student. Records: Rosafort Previously Reprimanded For Interaction With Minors. “A former middle school cafeteria aide charged with sexually assaulting a student was reprimanded weeks earlier for her interactions with minors on social media, district records show. In the months leading up to her arrest, New Fairfield Public Schools investigated a claim in November that Rosafort was communicating inappropriately with a minor, according to records obtained by Hearst Connecticut Media Group.” [Danbury]

Police Report: Rosafort Talked To “Freshman Boys” On Social Media. “When investigators interviewed the 14-year-old victim, he said he had been chatting with Rosafort for numerous months. The arrest affidavit indicated that Rosafort was said to have talked with numerous “freshman boys” on social media. The victim told investigators that Paige asked him if he “wanted to see something” before sending him a naked photo of herself. The boy said he sent a message back, asking Rosafort if she sent the photo to him by mistake but Rosafort then sent another photo and allegedly asked the boy to send a nude photo of himself.” [Crime Online]
