Ana Maria Henao Knezevic was a 40-year-old Colombian-born U.S. citizen and South Florida businesswoman who disappeared from her apartment in Madrid, Spain, on February 2, 2024. Federal investigators now say the evidence indicates she was murdered by her estranged husband, David Knezevich, during a contentious divorce. Authorities allege he drove from Serbia to Spain, entered her apartment building wearing a motorcycle helmet and reflective vest, disabled a security camera with spray paint, killed Ana and left with her body inside a rolling suitcase.
