Smarr Arrested, Accusing Of Sending Nudes To Teen. “Deputies allege Smarr sent the material to the 13-year-old boy in March and April of this year. She’s charged with five counts of solicitation of a minor and five counts of distribution of sexually explicit material to a minor. Smarr, who the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department described as a primary care nurse practitioner, is free on $50,000 bond.” [Metro News]
