Victim: Hamid Was AP History Teacher. In court documents, a student of Hamid’s says he was her AP history teacher and they exchanged numbers over the schools online teaching platform during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Police: Hamid Had Sex With Student In Car. Police allege that Hamid had sex with the underage student in his car multiple times. They also allege that he had sex with her at his home in Cutler Bay, Florida.

Hamid Worked For Miami Dade Schools For Four Years. According to public records, Hamid was employed by Miami-Dade Public Schools for four years and had no prior disciplinary action against him.
