
Lee Liston (full name: Lee Richard Grant Liston), one of the stars of TLC’s “My Little Life” was arrested on a DUI charge in Provo, Utah, after allegedly driving the wrong way on a highway.
Liston DUI Arrest Details. “Utah Highway Patrol says they first responded to calls about a vehicle driving the wrong way on I-15 South in Orem, narrowly avoiding multiple head-on collisions with other vehicles. UHP says they had to swerve out of Liston’s way in order to avoid a head-on collision when first confronting him.” [ABC4]
Police: Liston Admitted Drinking Vodka, Was Over Legal Limit. “Liston was uninjured, but was still medically cleared and “admittedly had been drinking Vodka,” the officer wrote. According to the document, Liston had slurred speech, poor balance, and “blew a 0.144 BAC,” which is nearly three times Utah’s legal limit.” [Gephardt Daily]
Liston Posted Bail. According To The Utah County Sheriff’s Department inmate website, Liston was not held by police after his arrest and posted bail for $2,510.00 [Utah Sheriff]
