A teenager has been accused of raping a student on the grounds of Gates Chili High School in Gates, New York.

14 Year Old Arrested, Accused Of Rape. “The teen, a student at Gates Chili High School, is being charged as an adult. He is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, also a student, inside the high school around 3 p.m. of Sept. 17, the chief said. ” [Democrat & Chronicle]

School District Acknowledges Rape Allegation. “The district was recently made aware of a serious allegation against a high school student. The incident in question is alleged to have happened at the high school. The safety and well-being of students is the district’s top priority, and after learning about the allegation, the district immediately began working with the Gates Police Department.
