Claire Miller, a 14-year-old in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is accused of murdering her 19-year-old sister Helen Miller. Miller was a user of the TikTok platform and posted videos that went viral on the service after she turned herself in. Helen Miller was stabbed to death and police have ruled that it was a suicide. According to a report from a witness, Claire Miller told police she had suicidal and homicidal thoughts.
