Bacarella has charged Justine Marie Johnson of Oscoda with one count of Felony Murder and one count of First Degree Child Abuse. Body Found After Foot In Garbage Can Sighted. “Someone reported they saw a human foot protruding from a garbage bag at a home in Oscoda Township on Friday morning. When police arrived, they found the three-year-old child dead.” [ABC 12]
