A Fremont, California man has been accused of using the dating app Tinder in order to lure rape victims. Police say Kwangmin Jin, a 20-year-old student at the University of Illinois, is a serial social media rapist who used Tinder, along with other services like Scout, MocoSpace and Facebook to lure his victims.

The attacks reportedly happened between May and August of 2015, when Jin was home from school and living with his parents in San Ramon, CA.

Allegedly Jin gave at least four women a drink spiked with a sedative in order to prey on them. He has been arrested. He used aliases like Kevin Park, Kevin Jin, Jeremy Lee and Kevin Lee on the services.
