“A Los Angeles-based band claims the teen star’s “Rockstar” is a plagiarism of their song. Lustra insists that their track “Scotty Doesn’t Know,” which they performed for the 2004 comedy “Eurotrip,” virtually has the same tune as the 15-year-old’s Hannah Montana song. The rock punk band even invites the star’s fans to check out the “original” version on their MySpace page.
