“The father of the girl who was allegedly turned into a sexual dominatrix said he was shocked by what his daughter told him. Bill, who didn’t want his last name used, said his daughter came to him two years ago to tell him what had been happening to her since she was 12. The girl said that a family friend named Todd B.
